i am glad you are enjoying our class. needless to say, i feel exactly the same! it is refreshing to have a student like you; you are bubbly and really easy to get along with. having class with you, almost doesn't feel like work at all! i hope that we can keep the friendly atmosphere we have in our class for a long time.

yep, it is true that reading is the best way to expand your vocabulary. at least, that worked for me. vocabulary is one of the most--if not the most--important aspects of a person's language skills, so for learners of a second language like you, it is definitely something you should focus on. obviously, the more words you know, the more articulate you will be at expressing yourself.

i admire your eagerness to learn, gracie. despite your already exceptional english skills, you still have the humility and the drive to get even better. with that attitude, i'm sure you will go a long way with your english studies. by the way, a student like you also makes me want to be a better teacher. happy birthday again!
